How are you doing? I mean really doing?
Over the past 8 weeks or so you’ve been forced to face new challenges, new threats, and new uncertainties daily as you struggle to focus on doing your best to keep things running, protect your employees, and meet customer needs. In the face of unprecedented disruption, it’s hard to focus on the day to day challenges, let alone plan for recovery and beyond in a world where the “new normal” is the biggest uncertainty of all.
Now, I want to focus on you, specifically on leadership and what has changed and what is needed in this new and emerging business environment.
Now is the time to get REAL. Critical business leadership skills are more important than ever – especially now as we navigate the unknown road ahead. And while there are loads of books, training programs and seminars addressing leadership, very few deal with the level of leadership that times like these demand.
In times like these. we need to be asking ourselves some hard questions like, What do we need to be really focusing on now? How do we effectively rally our teams and lead them to a better future when they are scared, confused, beaten and discouraged? What can we do as leaders that is going to have the most impact? What skills do we really need to hone in on, so we can really make a difference in the months ahead?
It’s time to get REAL, and REAL is what I am going to bring you soon. But first I want to get your input to a few important questions about leadership needs in these times.
Please take a moment to think about these questions.
1. What do you see as the biggest leadership challenge you are facing now as you work through this Pandemic and Recovery?
2. As a leader, what are you most uncertain about?
3. What other leadership challenges are you working on right now?
4.. What is the most important thing you need to work on next as the leader in your business?
5. What’s your outlook for the future? Positive or Negative? How does that impact your leadership?
Here is the link with the questions for you, should you wish to complete and send to me. I would be pleased to schedule a complementary 30-minute session to review your responses.
I am here to help, so please don’t hesitate to reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org
Best and please be safe and healthy!
